Bread: Three Mediterranean Baguettes with Thermomix
The perfect bread: three mediterranean baguettes with thermomix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Bread 1:
- 1,5 tsp Salt
- 1 cube Yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 330 g Lukewarm water
- 35 g Black pitted olives
Bread 2:
- 6 Pc. Dried tomatoes in oil
Bread 3:
- 1 tbsp Provence herbs or rosemary
- Mix the flour, salt, yeast and sugar in the blender jug for 3 seconds on level 5. Add water and work for 2 minutes on the kneading stage to form a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into thirds. Mix the first part of the batter with the olives for 5 seconds on speed 5. Shape into an elongated baguette and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Proceed in the same way with the second and third part of the dough.
- Let the baguettes rise for about 20 minutes. Brush with water and sprinkle the herb baguette with herbs and coarse sea salt. The other baguettes you can z. B. sprinkle with grated Parmesan if you like. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf at 230 degrees top / bottom heat for about 15 – 20 minutes until golden yellow.
Variation options:
- Green instead of black olives, bacon and fried onions instead of sun-dried tomatoes, chopped nuts and Italian herbs instead of herbs from Provence. You can vary infinitely.
