Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 20 g wholemeal flour
  • 20 g oat flakes, fine
  • 3 g dry yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 100 ml condensed milk
  • 50 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 50 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Yeast dough

Mix the flour, oats, sugar, salt, and yeast. Gradually add the room-temperature condensed milk and lukewarm water to the flour mixture. Depending on the consistency of the flour, add a little more or less liquid. Knead the dough with the dough hook of a hand mixer until it releases from the bowl. Let the dough rise, loosely covered, in a draft-free place for about 35 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Knead the dough briefly again and pour it into a small loaf pan lined with baking paper. Cover the dough and let it rise for 10-20 minutes, then place it in the oven. After about 20 minutes, the loaf is ready.
