Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g mushrooms, fresh
- 200 ml milk or cream
- 25 g flour or soy flour
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth or meat broth, instant
- some water, cold
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. chopped parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the mushrooms, slice them, and fry them in a small saucepan without oil, as they lose water. When they are brown and soft, add the stock powder, deglaze with the milk or cream, and simmer for 5 minutes. Shake the flour or soy flour with a little cold water in a shaker or stir in a cup until no lumps remain. Now add the flour mixture to the mushrooms in the pan and mix well. If the sauce is still too runny, you can add a little more flour to thicken it. Simmer for another 5 minutes on medium heat and season everything with salt, pepper, and parsley. Serve with rice, rice pudding, or noodles.
