Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tbsp soy flour, full fat
- 2 tbsp water
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 300 ml soy milk (soy drink), rice or oat drink

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Sweet basic recipe
Place 1 tablespoon of soy flour in a suitable bowl and mix well with 2 tablespoons of water. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix everything well. A hand mixer is best, but a whisk will also work. If you prefer thinner pancakes, add more soy milk to make the batter more fluid. Now heat a piece of plant-based butter in a pan. Pour the batter into the pan with a ladle and flip the pancake as soon as bubbles appear. This amount is enough for about five pancakes. Use a new piece of butter for each pancake. Tastes best with maple syrup or applesauce, chocolate spread, etc.
