Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 70 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 egg yolk
- 90 g breadcrumbs
- 5 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

Delicious soup garnish – the classic in chicken soup
Cream the butter until fluffy. Whisk the egg and yolk together and gradually stir into the butter. Add the breadcrumbs, milk, and parsley; mix well, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Let stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Do not refrigerate. Form the mixture into 8 small dumplings, place them in boiling salted water, and let stand over low heat for about 10 minutes.
