Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 m.-sized banana(s) (not too ripe)
- 1 egg(s)
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- butter
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Coat the peeled bananas first in flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Brown the bananas in plenty of butter in an omelet pan and fry them on both sides. Finally, sprinkle with sugar and fry again on both sides. This will give the sugar a light caramel flavor. Serve hot!
