Apple – Egg – Dish

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 large apples, sour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Coarsely grate the apples, immediately add them to the pan, and fry gently in butter for a few minutes. Whisk the eggs with the sugar and pour them over the apples in the pan. Once the apple and egg dish is baked, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately. Applesauce also goes well with it.
