Breaded Cabbage Rolls with Herb Quark

  • Salt and pepper

Herb quark

  • 250 g Lowfat quark
  • 1 bunch Seasonal herbs
  • 2 Garlic clove crushed
  1. Peel the cabbage turnips and cut into 2 cm thick slices. Then cook in the vegetable stock for about 8 minutes.
