Chicken – Zucchini – Rolls with Herb Quark – Potatoes!

The perfect chicken – zucchini – rolls with herb quark – potatoes! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Filling:

  • 150 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 1 corner Mushroom – Camembert
  • 1 Tablespoon (level) Italian herbs
  • 2 Pc. Sun-Dried tomatoes
  • 6 Pc. Dried cranberries
  • 1 Tablespoon (level) Roasted and salted cashew nuts
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Coarse salt
  • 2 shot Milk

Rolls:

  • 0,5 Pc. Zucchini green
  • 1 Pc. Chicken breast
  • Chicken seasoning
  • Rapeseed oil

Making cream:

  1. Champigon – cut camembert into small cubes, add to the cream cheese.
  2. Cut the dried tomatoes & cranberries into small pieces, add. Chop nuts.
  3. Add spices & herbs, mix with milk.
