Chicken – Zucchini – Rolls with Herb Quark – Potatoes!
The perfect chicken – zucchini – rolls with herb quark – potatoes! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Filling:
- 150 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 1 corner Mushroom – Camembert
- 1 Tablespoon (level) Italian herbs
- 2 Pc. Sun-Dried tomatoes
- 6 Pc. Dried cranberries
- 1 Tablespoon (level) Roasted and salted cashew nuts
- Black pepper from the mill
- Coarse salt
- 2 shot Milk
Rolls:
- 0,5 Pc. Zucchini green
- 1 Pc. Chicken breast
- Chicken seasoning
- Rapeseed oil
Making cream:
- Champigon – cut camembert into small cubes, add to the cream cheese.
- Cut the dried tomatoes & cranberries into small pieces, add. Chop nuts.
- Add spices & herbs, mix with milk.
Peel and halve the jacket potatoes.
- Hollow out a little, fill with quark and put in the oven. Briefly heat up at 70 ° C.
Rolls:
- Cut the zucchini into thin strips, blanch.
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes, season and roll up.
