easy and quick to prepare

Let the hard-boiled eggs cool in cold water, or use leftover hard-boiled eggs, then peel them. I always use three large coffee mugs (you can also use deep plates). In one mug, I add the raw egg with a little salt and pepper and whisk well. In the second mug, add the flour, and in the last mug, add the breadcrumbs. Now, coat the hard-boiled eggs first in the flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. A little tip for making it in mugs: I place the egg in the mug and hold the mug in my hand, making circular motions to ensure the egg is evenly coated. Now heat the oil in a smaller pot and use a wooden stick to test whether the oil is hot enough. When bubbles form on the wooden stick, the eggs are ready to fry. When the eggs are nicely golden brown, remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain. This goes very well with salad.
