Ingredients
- 150 g Mixed lettuce of your choice
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 150 g Yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 300 g Feta
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Wash the salad, drain it and pluck it into bite-sized pieces. Wash tomatoes and cut in half. Mix the salad ingredients. Mix together the yogurt, salt, pepper, sugar and lime juice. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix. Cut the feta into thin slices. First turn in flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a coated pan and fry the breaded feta slices in it until golden brown. Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Divide the salad on 4 plates and serve the feta on top. Good Appeiti!
