Ingredients
- 1 packet Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Shallot
- 0,5 large Bell pepper
- 0,5 packet Feta cheese
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
Instructions
- Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Cut the shallot and feta cheese into fine cubes; I had half a peeled parika pod left. I chopped them up and added them to the tomatoes and cucumber. Mix the dressing with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over the salad and mix in with the onions. Finally sprinkle the feta cubes on top.
