Breaded Feta with Tomato and Pepper Vegetables

  • 2 Feta
  • 1 Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried basil
  1. Clean the peppers and cut into cubes, cut the spring onions into rings, peel and dice the onions and cook everything together in oil, add the tomatoes to the remaining vegetables, season everything with salt, pepper, paprika and the dried herbs and finish cooking.
