Breaded Ham Schnitzel

The perfect breaded ham schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Sch. Cooked ham
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • Olive oil
  • Breadcrumbs
  1. Mix the egg and season with a little salt, but pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Mix the breading flour and Parmesan cheese.
  3. “Bathe” ham in egg, flour, then egg and breadcrumbs again.
  4. Fry in oil until crispy all over.
  5. Served with boiled potatoes and asparagus in a hollandaise sauce.
