Breaded Ham Schnitzel
The perfect breaded ham schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Sch. Cooked ham
- 1 Egg
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Olive oil
- Breadcrumbs
- Mix the egg and season with a little salt, but pepper and nutmeg.
- Mix the breading flour and Parmesan cheese.
- “Bathe” ham in egg, flour, then egg and breadcrumbs again.
- Fry in oil until crispy all over.
- Served with boiled potatoes and asparagus in a hollandaise sauce.
