Ham – Creme Fraiche – Schnitzel

- 3 Poles Leek
- 400 g Cooked ham
- 2 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
- 200 ml Cream
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 8 Chicken schnitzel
- Salt, pepper, garlic, paprika
- Grated cheese
- Clean the leek and cut into rings. Cut ham into strips . Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper, fry on both sides and place in a baking dish.
- Sear the leek, add the ham after 5 minutes. Deglaze with the cream and vegetable stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for a few more minutes.
- Stir in the creme fraiche, bring to the boil again, season, stir in a little sauce thickener to set. Pour over the schnitzel and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 30 minutes. It goes well with croquettes and salad.
