Ham – Creme Fraiche – Schnitzel

The perfect ham – creme fraiche – schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Poles Leek
  • 400 g Cooked ham
  • 2 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth
  • 8 Chicken schnitzel
  • Salt, pepper, garlic, paprika
  • Grated cheese
  1. Clean the leek and cut into rings. Cut ham into strips . Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper, fry on both sides and place in a baking dish.
  2. Sear the leek, add the ham after 5 minutes. Deglaze with the cream and vegetable stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for a few more minutes.
  3. Stir in the creme fraiche, bring to the boil again, season, stir in a little sauce thickener to set. Pour over the schnitzel and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 30 minutes. It goes well with croquettes and salad.
