Fruit Salad Tropical

The perfect fruit salad tropical recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Papaya
  • 1 Khaki
  • 1 Peach
  • 5 Figs
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 2 Tl Brown sugar
  • 4 El Cream liqueur
  • Ice cream to taste, for me it is mandarin ice cream
  • 0,5 Lemon, the juice is needed
  1. Prepare the fruits. Remove the seeds from the papaya. Cut out the pulp. Peel and dice the khaki and drizzle with lemon juice. The taste develops better this way. Wash and chop the peach. Just wash the figs well, they do not have to be peeled and quartered. Roll the pomegranate back and forth on the work surface. This makes it easy to remove the cores. Remove the white skin. It doesn’t taste good.
  2. Put all the fruit in a bowl and mix in the brown sugar.
  3. Arrange the ice cream on a plate and place the fruit salad around it. Finally, pour a tablespoon of liqueur over each.
  4. I don’t have an ice cream scoop here, so I can’t serve it perfectly. That is done again at home, but it was very tasty.
