Bricklayer’s chips
Put flour in one plate, a beaten, lightly salted egg in another, and breadcrumbs in a third. Bread the Leberkäse slices in the usual way—flour, egg, and breadcrumbs—and fry in hot butter. This goes best with mashed potatoes and fried onions.
