Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 slices of Leberkäse
- 4 potatoes
- 3 eggs
- e.g. breadcrumbs
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Place the breadcrumbs on a plate. Whisk the eggs and place them on another plate. Coat a slice of Leberkäse first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a pan. Then place the Leberkäse in the hot pan and fry until golden brown. For the potatoes: First, cut the potatoes in half and boil them in a pot of hot water. When they are almost tender, cut them into slices about 1 cm thick and fry them until golden brown. When everything is ready, serve on large, flat dinner plates.
