Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g mushrooms
- 150 g flour
- 100 ml beer (pilsner)
- 100 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- n. B. Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
also works with other vegetables such as cauliflower
Clean the mushrooms (preferably with damp kitchen paper) and set aside. Mix the remaining ingredients together, strain through a sieve, and let stand for about 10 minutes. Then dip the mushrooms in the batter and deep-fry in hot oil.
