Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 large onions, preferably vegetable onions
- 100 ml cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Onion Rings
Heat the deep fryer to approximately 180°C. Whisk the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl. On a shallow plate, combine the flour and breadcrumbs. Slice the onions into thick rings and coat them thoroughly in the egg and cream, then coat with breadcrumbs. Fry the rings for 2 minutes until they are nicely browned.
