- 1 pointed pepper, red
- 125 g Greek yogurt
- 10 g protein powder (pea protein)
- 1 pinch of salt

Wash the peppers, remove the stems, seeds, and light-colored inner layers. Cut into pieces and place them in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Grind until finely chopped.
