Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pieces of pork chop(s), each about 200 g
- Salt
- Pepper, white
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 egg(s)
- 20 g wheat flour
- 40 g breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp oil, e.g. sunflower oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 16 minutes; Total time approx. 21 minutes
Wash the pork chops and pat dry with a paper towel, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Beat the egg with a fork in a deep plate. Coat the chops first in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs firmly into the pan, gently shaking off any remaining crumbs. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the chops for about 8 minutes on each side over medium heat.
