Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 tsp herbs de Provence
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven). Peel potatoes and cut into wedges. Mix together breadcrumbs, herbs, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Dip potatoes in oil and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, turning halfway through.
