Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pair of sausages, coarse, raw
  • 1 egg(s), beaten
  • some flour
  • some breadcrumbs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Using a sharp knife, score the sausages lengthwise and remove the skin or casing. Shape the sausage meat if necessary or roll it out thinner. Prepare three plates. Put a little flour on the first plate. In the second plate, break the egg, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix with a fork. Put the breadcrumbs in the third plate. Now coat the sausages in the flour, dip them in the beaten egg, and then completely cover them with the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausages until golden brown. Serve with potato salad or a green salad.
