Grandma’s recipe

Bring the milk to a boil with salt and sugar. Gradually add the semolina while stirring. Continue stirring until the porridge sets. Pour the semolina porridge into a shallow dish, smooth it out, and let it cool. When the mixture sets, use a knife to cut out slices of any size. Beat the eggs and coat the slices first in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry the slices in a pan with a little butter, then coat them in the cinnamon and sugar. Serve with fruit or compote.
