  • 4 slice(s) bacon (belly bacon)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small tomato(s)
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • some parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fry the bacon in a pan, crack the eggs into the pan, and drop them on top. Slice the tomato and arrange it on top, seasoning with salt and pepper. Place the cheese slices on top. The dish is ready once the cheese has melted slightly. Garnish with parsley and enjoy.
