Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 beefsteak tomatoes
- 1 egg(s)
- breadcrumbs
- olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the beefsteak tomatoes into approximately 1cm thick slices. Whisk the egg with plenty of salt and pepper. Coat the tomato slices in breadcrumbs and fry in olive oil.
