Breading without flour and white bread

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 part peanuts
  • 2 ½ parts sunflower seeds
  • possibly chili pepper(s)
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Simply combine sunflower seeds and a few peanuts (in a ratio of 2.5:1 or to taste), add a little more salt depending on the salt content of the peanuts, and a small dried chili pepper (if desired). Grind the whole thing finely in a blender. That’s it, basically. Briefly dip fish, meat, etc., in the beaten egg, then wrap it in the mixture and let it sizzle over low heat. It’s a different option than breadcrumbs, and it’s also very tasty.
