Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 150 g mixed berries, frozen
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Raspberries or blueberries, fresh
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Chia seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the banana. Set aside a quarter of the banana. Put the rest in a blender. Then add the frozen berries and milk. Blend until smooth (without any chunks). Then transfer it to a bowl, slice the remaining banana, and place it on top. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut and chia seeds, and top with fresh raspberries or blueberries.
