Absolute fitness power shake, makes you fit, fast and full
Peel the banana, wash the fruit, chop it up if necessary, and remove the seeds, depending on the quality of your blender. Put everything in the blender container, mix well, and you’re done! Makes about 0.8 liters of finished drink. Fitness & health boosters: Omega-3 fatty acids (oil and walnuts), vitamins (fruit, buttermilk, oatmeal, flaxseed, walnuts). Satiety boosters: Complex carbohydrates/fiber (oatmeal, banana, flaxseed, apple), protein (powder, buttermilk). Fat burners: Calcium (buttermilk), capsaicin (chili), cinnamon, caffeine (coffee). To sweeten or vary the taste, do not add ingredients with a high glycemic index (e.g., sugar, sweetened fruit, cornflakes. GI tables online are helpful), otherwise the satiating and fat-metabolizing effect will be lost. For calorie counters: Despite the high calorie content (I drink both servings myself), all the vitamins, amino acids and fatty acids, fiber, and minerals it contains belong in a balanced diet, and the body needs this energy for the day. A classic breakfast with rolls, sausage, cheese, coffee with sugar, jam, Nutella, eggs, etc. usually has fewer nutrients and more calories.
