Breakfast - drinking muesli
- 1 Banana (remainder)
- 100 g Yogurt, homemade
- 100 ml Orange juice
- 25 g Spelled flakes
- Edible fruit tea "Chocolate Banana" to taste
Instructions
Breakfast - drinking muesli
- Peel the banana and break it into pieces. Put in a blender, food processor or similar. Add the orange juice and the spelled flakes. Mix for about 30 seconds (level 8). Pour into a small glass. Sprinkle with edible fruit tea. If you don't like it too thick, add more orange juice.
