Celebration – Bundt cake
- 150 g Raw cane sugar
- 250 g Butter, room temperature
- 4 Eggs
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 350 g Wheat flour 405
- 50 g Food starch
- 100 ml *Einfacher Eierlikör
- 1 bag Baking powder
- 1 pack Celebration – Bonbons (Mars, Bounty …)
- Icing sugar to your taste
Celebration – Bundt cake
- Put the butter, raw cane sugar, eggs and salt in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Just add egg liqueur and stir again. Add cornstarch, baking powder and wheat flour and stir again. Then take a bundt cake and grease it.
- Preheat the oven to 170 ° degrees top / bottom heat. Pour half of the dough into the greased pan. Celebration – unpack sweets and cut in half. Then distribute these on the dough all around. Spread the second half of the dough over it. Then put in a preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes.
- Then take it out and let it cool in the mold for about a quarter of an hour. Later, turn out onto a cake plate and let cool down completely. Dust with powdered sugar.
