Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g meat (breakfast meat, can)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 egg(s), beaten
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 30 g rusks, ground
- 40 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the meat into 6 slices. Coat first in flour, then in beaten egg. Mix the cheese and rusk flour and finally coat the meat in the flour. Press the breading in slightly. Fry in hot butter until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot. Serve with a tomato salad.
