Breakfast porridge, basic mix for the storage container

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g whole grain oat flakes
  • 100 g whole grain spelt flakes
  • 10 g puffed rice
  • 10 g flaxseed, brown, crushed
  • 10 g almond(s), peeled, chopped
  • 5 g hazelnuts, roasted, chopped
  • 10 g puffed amaranth
  • e.g. Bourbon vanilla powder
  • n. B. Tigernut(s), ground (approx. 10-20 g, nutty and sweet in taste)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Simple, fast

Combine all ingredients and grind to the desired grain size. I prefer it finely ground so that when mixed with milk, it creates a porridge-like consistency. However, you can also use the unground mix as is, simply as a muesli. This yields about 500g of mix for a storage container, which corresponds to about 10 servings (at 50g per serving). I mix it with warm milk in the morning and let it swell for 2-3 minutes. You can vary and refine the flavor as desired, for example, with fresh fruit, honey, yogurt, etc.
