Breakfast quark with strawberries and banana

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g low-fat curd cheese, 0.3% fat
  • 110 g low-fat yogurt, 1.8% fat
  • 1 tsp blossom honey (wildflower honey)
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 1 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 100 g strawberries
  • some cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegetarian, low-fat

Combine the low-fat quark and yogurt with the honey. Add the oats and fold in. Let stand for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, slice the bananas and cut the strawberries into bite-sized pieces. Add them to the quark cream and mix. Stir in a little cinnamon powder, if desired. You have a delicious, filling, and low-fat breakfast. Approximately 420 kcal per serving.
