Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 300 ml juice (blood orange juice)
  • 500 ml yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Puree the ingredients in a blender or with an immersion blender until smooth. The blood orange juice can be substituted with orange juice. I make the yogurt myself from skim milk and yogurt cultures.
