Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g blueberries
- 750 g kefir
- 4 tbsp wheat germ
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
- Honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash and drain the blueberries. Thaw the frozen berries in a sieve. Place the blueberries and kefir in a suitable container and blend together. Stir in the wheat germ and oatmeal and sweeten with a little honey, if desired. It’s best to serve the drink immediately, as otherwise the oatmeal will swell. It also tastes great with other fruits.
