Ingredients
- 1 pack Yufka or filo pastry
For hacked bags
- 1 Onion
- 250 g Hacked
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 pinch I use spices according to my taste, chilli, salt and pepper, cumin and mint
For spinach pockets
- 10 Portionable spinach dabbed well
- 1 pack Crumbled Feta
For the cheese bags
- 1 Fennel fresh
- 1 The rest of the feta cheese
- 3 Cocktail tomatoes
For painting the pockets
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Moisten the dough sheets with a little water and quarter them
- Cut the onions into small cubes, sauté and add the minced meat. Fry the whole thing nicely and finally season it. I use mint, chilli, curmin, tomato paste, salt and pepper.
- Thaw spinach (I made it in the microwave) and pat dry well. Crumble the feta, cut the cocktail tomatoes into small slices and cut a small piece of fennel into small cubes (I still had over and tried it - delicious).
- Then fill the dough squares with 1 tbsp of the minced meat each, then roll it up from corner to corner, turn the pages over and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Do the whole thing with the remaining ingredients, I also made spinach with feta and feta with fennel and tomato pockets. But you can fill that as you like.
- Now whisk 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 egg, brush the packets with it and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
- Tip 6: use 2 layers of the dough for a package, with the spinach pockets you can also use 3 layers 🙂
