Ingredients for about 70 stars:

  • 300 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 200 g Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 g Raspberry jelly
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Chopped pistachios

Instructions
 

  • Knead the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, fat and egg with the hand mixer. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Roll out a thin layer between two layers of cling film. Cut out stars (5 cm). Cut out smaller stars from half of the cookies; place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, bake at 180 - 200 ° C (convection 160 - 180 ° C) on the 2nd rail from the bottom for about 10 minutes.
  • Mix the jelly with 2 tablespoons of water, heat it, and let it boil down a little. Finely grind the pistachios, sprinkle the starry edges with powdered sugar and pistachios. Coat large stars with jelly, put star borders on top.
