Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 pita bread(s) (pockets)
  • 15 fish fingers
  • 1 cucumber(s), grated
  • e.g. ketchup
  • e.g. mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Bake the fish fingers in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. This will make them extra crispy! Then, warm the pita pockets in the toaster oven, cut them open, and add a layer of cucumber. Arrange three fish fingers on top, spread with ketchup and mayonnaise, and add another layer of cucumber. You can also replace the ketchup and mayonnaise with a dressing of your choice. It’s up to you. But it tastes best the way the recipe describes it.
