Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g cream cheese (Bresso)
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 shallot(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic, small
- 1 pinch(s) of Fondor
- 300 g pasta, wide
- Salt
- pepper
- 10 basil leaves
- Oil (olive oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Quarter the tomatoes, finely dice the shallot, and finely dice the garlic. Sauté everything together in a pan with olive oil. Then add the Bresso and let it melt. Season with salt, pepper, and flavor enhancer. Finally, add the basil. While the pasta is preparing, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
