Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 175 ml water
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp basil
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • 500 g beefsteak tomatoes
  • 150 g ham, raw
  • 8 Pepper, green
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 200 g cheese (butter cheese)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Crumble the yeast and mix it with the dough ingredients until the dough no longer sticks to the bowl. Add flour if necessary. Then let it stand, covered, for 45 minutes. Dice the onion, mince the garlic, and add all the sauce ingredients to a saucepan. Simmer gently for 30 minutes (speed 1). Then puree the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Once the dough has doubled in size, roll it out thinly. Place it on a well-greased baking sheet and spread with the tomato sauce. Slice the beef tomatoes and peppers. Cut the cooked ham into strips and the butter cheese into cubes. Now top the pizza with the ingredients and bake in a preheated oven (250°C) for about 15 minutes (the dough should be golden brown). Sprinkle with oregano to finish. Of course, you can customize the topping to your own taste.
