Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g pumpkin(s), butternut
- 2 onions
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sheep’s cheese
- some salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with sheep’s cheese
Peel and coarsely grate the pumpkin and onions. Beat the eggs and crumble the feta cheese. Mix everything together and season generously with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-assisted). Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Pour the mixture into the dish. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, then let cool for 10 minutes. Serve with a colorful salad.
