Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 450 g Brussels sprouts, frozen
- 200 ml milk
- 2 medium-sized eggs, size M
- 80 g cream cheese spread
- Breadcrumbs, as desired
- Salt
- Salt (4-pepper seasoning salt)
- Garlic powder, granulated
- nutmeg
- 100 g cheese, grated (e.g. strong farmer’s cheese)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Place frozen Brussels sprouts in the baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients, except for the grated cheese, in a large shaker (500 ml capacity). Briefly mix everything together, cover, and shake well. Then pour everything over the Brussels sprouts. The processed cheese may not have dissolved completely yet. Remove the processed cheese from the bowl and spread it roughly over the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Because it was quicker, I grated the cheese directly over the gratin. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (fan oven) for about 35 minutes.
