Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of dill
- 2 large onions
- 250 g cheese (Gouda or Emmental), grated
- 300 g double cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp herbs, Italian
- salt and pepper
- 1 large baguette(s) (at least 500 g)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cut the baguette into eight pieces and hollow out the insides one to two hours before cooking. This allows it to harden and prevent it from coming out too soft. Preheat the oven to 250°C. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Chop all ingredients and mix with the herb mixture, pepper, and salt. Fill the baguette pieces with the mixture. Wrap each piece in aluminum foil and bake in the oven for at least 30 minutes.
