Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g marzipan paste
  • 50 g almonds, ground
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 30 g wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp soy milk (soy drink)
  • 30 g almonds, whole

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

Knead the marzipan, ground almonds, sugar, flour, and soy milk into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and chill. Roll the dough into small balls, place them on baking paper, and press a whole almond into the top of each one. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for 15-20 minutes, then let cool.
