Brittle Sand Biscuits

  • 150 g Butter
  • 60 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 piece Vanilla pod
  • 2 piece Protein
  • 150 g Flour
  • 40 g Food starch
  • 50 g Hazelnut brittle
  1. Whip soft butter, powdered sugar, salt and the scraped out vanilla pulp to a creamy mass
  2. Gradually stir in egg whites.
