- 150 g Butter
- 60 g Powdered sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 piece Vanilla pod
- 2 piece Protein
- 150 g Flour
- 40 g Food starch
- 50 g Hazelnut brittle
- Whip soft butter, powdered sugar, salt and the scraped out vanilla pulp to a creamy mass
