Broad Bean Stew
The perfect broad bean stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Garlic oil
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
- 1 bunch Finely chopped parsley
- 10 Potatoes
- Smoked meat
- 1 Can Beans thick canned
- 1,5 l Boiling water
- 0,5 glass Ajvar
- 1 Paprika
- Vegeta spice
- 80 g Rice pudding
- Put the oil in a saucepan and heat it up.
- Drain the beans and wash them off.
- Clean and peel the parsley, spring onions, potatoes, paprika, smoked meat (Turkish). cut into small pieces. Fry everything + the beans in the oil.
- Deglaze with water and add ajvar. Let simmer for 1 hour on the lowest setting. After 30 minutes add the rice pudding. Season to taste with Vegeta.
- Fresh bread goes well with it!
