Ingredients
 

  • 0,5 kg White beans from the Turkish Barbunya
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 Caliston beaver
  • 1 Carrot
  • 4 No need for dry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika pulp
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Fry oil in a pan, finely chopped onions, carliston, carrots, then sauté the tomatoes / paprika pulp with a little water ... add the beans and fill up with water .... bring to the boil until the beans are done .... every now and then add water until it is a stew, season with salt and pepper depending on your taste ..... side dish, can be served with rice;)))
