super simple and delicious, as a side dish or salad
Cut the broccoli into florets, trim off any woody parts of the stem, and slice the stem. Cook the broccoli in salted water until al dente. Mix the remaining ingredients to make a sauce. I usually use yogurt instead of sour cream and add a little olive oil. When the broccoli is done, drain it in a colander, transfer it to a bowl, and pour the sauce over it. The broccoli is delicious as a vegetable side dish or, once cooled, as a salad.
